The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Denny Enterprises Int reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: Payment is to be processed immediately via our website or Call us to ask about more payment options.
Delivery: Denny Enterprises Int dispatch all orders free standard 3-5 working day delivery on all our products. We do ship orders within 1 working day after receiving cleared funds.
We do select shipping courier as per the nature of the item (Size & weight). If you want to have your item next working day, Order before 12pm.Please select Expedited Delivery Service at the checkout.
Returns: Denny Enterprises Int will supply the customer with products on the condition that they will be tested by the customer in actual use to determine whether the products are suitable for a particular use to which they are applied.
In the event that the product does not satisfy the customer’s requirement, it must be returned to Denny Enterprises Int with its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 5 working days of receipt of delivery. Denny Enterprises Int reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 5 working days. This does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Denny Enterprises Int will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
